Oil rates have increased again as the US has deployed its military and also imposed restrictions on Chinese fuel. The WTI crude has increased by 9 cents, and Brent crude has increased by 28 cents. This means that WTI has increased by $2 and Brent crude has increased by $4.
There are long holidays in China that have led to global fuel shortages, and Brent crude has declined by 1.93 percent. US has sent an additional 10,000 troops to the Middle East. Trump said that he has to make a decision and Iran either should sign a deal or the war will continue. China is managing shipments of gasoline, jet fuel, and diesel, and refiners in China are not getting approval to export to regions outside Macau and Hong Kong. After the holiday ends in China, it will be clear whether Beijing will allow refiners to export fuel.
The US administration has asked France and Germany to decrease diesel inventories, which would help stabilize fuel prices across the world. Due to this Middle East conflict, oil markets are volatile. Now, the prices of crude are comparatively lower than in the past few months.
