In a police investigation after the RSS office attack in Ranchi, police found that the three accused had uncovered links to TTH (Tehreek-e-Taliban Hindustan), Pakistan's ISI-funded group. This alleged role of Pakistan's ISI-funded group came to light after the arrest of the three accused.
Officials stated that the handlers have recorded the video of the petrol bomb attack on the RSS office in Ranchi on their smartphones and have shared the video with their handler. They were in constant touch with the handlers through messaging platforms like WhatsApp and Botim.
Aman and Saif Ansari had travelled to Dubai before the attack, where they met with a Pakistani national named Rana alias Bhatti. They had radicalised during this time and agreed to the petrol bomb attack in Ranchi at the RSS office in support of the TTH group. Further, the investigation is underway related to this issue.
