Jonathan Scarmaty also said that the platform, Instagram, violates consumer safety rules of Tennessee state.

The Attorney General alleges that Instagram misleads statement to the public regarding dangerous content on Instagram. Attorney General is demanding a fine and changes to Instagram. But, Meta states that this content was published by third-party users on Instagram using the platform.
