Finance Department has directed officials to issue salaries of government employees on time. Finance Secretary has ordered the Finance Department to follow Rule 139 of the Jharkhand Treasury Code 2016. Some offices and departments were not getting their allowances and salaries on time. So, the bills will be deposited on the 25th of every month, and the bills will be cleared on the last working day. Prashant Kumar has sent this order to all Principal Secretaries, Divisional Commissioners, Treasury Officers, and all Deputy Commissioners of the state of Jharkhand.
