Jharkhand Hindu Religious Trust Board presented a scheme of operation of the Jagannathpur Temple in Dhurwa. The Jharkhand High Court has formed an 11-member committee headed by General Rohit Rai, advocate, along with the DC of Ranchi, the Jharkhand Hindu Religious Trust Board Chairman, and four advocates and three descendants of the late Aninath Shahdev. The 11-member committee is appointed to study the submitted scheme and submit a detailed report to the Jharkhand High Court. This case was heard by High Court Justice Ananda Sen. The Jharkhand Hindu Religious Trust Board submitted this schedule under Section 32.
