The Supreme Court will hear the petition on the 24th related to the Jharkhand recruitment scam. Justice V. Mohan and Bagchi, along with Chief Justice Surya Kant, will hear the petition.
The petition demands a CBI investigation due to irregularities in appointments by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission. After the Jharkhand State CID investigation, 22 state government appointments have been cancelled, and 17 appointments are already under investigation. L. Kyangte, JPSC chairman, has also been arrested along with TDPL officials and employees.
