The Jharkhand government cancelled the recruitment process under the JPSC (Jharkhand Public Service Commission). Under Justice Deepak Roshan, the Jharkhand High Court heard the hearing on the cancellation of the appointment process for the State Forensic Laboratory and Assistant Director position. The Jharkhand High Court refused to stay the Jharkhand government's order cancelling the recruitment process, and the next hearing will be heard on 24th September. Advocate Shubham Mishra represented the Munindra Prakash case and said that it is unfair to cancel the entire recruitment process just by citing irregularities.
