The Supreme Court has made a big decision to cancel all the FIRs against students. The Solicitor General represented the Government and filed an application requesting to dismiss all the FIRs against students, and The Supreme Court of India has accepted.
CJP has announced a protest again on 5th September as the central government has not fulfilled the demands. CJP has requested five demands during the protest that includes cancellation of FIRs against students, compensation to NEET students who committed suicide, public aplogy from RAF and police and oral agreements made by the Government of India. In the coming days, it will be clear whether the Government of India accepts the demands of students. Students were assaulted and injured during the protest.
