Most parts of India are facing a rise in H1N1 cases due to heavy rains, as per the Indian Council of Medical Research, and swine flu is characterized by body aches, sore throat, and high fever. Most healthy patients recover from H1N1, but the flu may take five to seven days to disappear, according to Dr. Sinha from Max Hospital.
It may take 1 to 3 weeks for H1N1 patients to recover from respiratory signs. Improvement in their energy level takes time, and if patients still feel tired after 4 to 6 weeks of swine flu, then there is a need for swine flu patients to visit the hospital and seek medical help.
Swine flu patients take time to get back to normal activities. Also, it takes time for people to recover from swine flu, and they should follow a protein-rich diet that includes fruits, legumes, nuts, juices, paneer, eggs, lean meat, and curd. Dr. Sinha suggests that patients should seek medical help if they feel more tired, along with other conditions like fever or chest pain.
