Mehli Mistry Challenges Trustee Decisions At SDTT

SDTT (Sir Dorabji Tata Trust), controls Tata Sons and Tata Trust, which have come under allegations after ex-trustee Mehli Mistry filed an objection with the Maharashtra Charity Commission this week. This has raised concerns among the board of trustees.
 
He has questioned the decisions taken by the Tata Trust, stating that they were passed illegally. A resolution was passed without dissent at a joint meeting of the board of trustees of SRTT and SDTT held on 17th October 2024, by which all trustees mutually agreed to renew the tenure of the other trustees so that Tata Trust would move with the vision set by Late Shri Ratan.
