Hearing on Two Accused Completed In High Court, Order Reserved In Jharkhand Liquor Scam

The Honourable High Court completed its hearing on the anticipatory bail pleas of Arvind Kumar and Arun Tripathi, accused in the liquor scam in Jharkhand. Senior Standing Counsel Sumit Gadodia has presented the case in the High Court on behalf of the Anti-Corruption Bureau.  The ACB court had rejected the bail of the two accused. Arun Tripathi has served as an advisor on government excise policy and plays a major role in the liquor policy of Jharkhand.
