Doctor Suggests Avoiding These Mistakes For Your Kidney Health

Dr. Varadraju from Faridabad says that your kidneys are responsible for flushing toxins out of your body, but after 40, your kidneys function slowly. What precautionary measures do you take to take care of your body?

Dr Varadraju from Faridabad says the simple formula to keep your kidneys functioning properly is to drink plenty of water and reduce the risk of kidney stones. This is the simple tip, Dr. Varadraju tells people to follow. You should produce two litres of pale yellow urine every day for better kidney functioning. But, in reality, how much water do you drink on a daily basis?
 
Another point that Dr. Harsha says is that if you are doing desk work, then you should drink almost 3 litres of water every day. But if you are working outside, then you should drink 4 litres of water to keep yourself hydrated and allow your kidneys to work properly. There is a possibility that your body is working hard and losing more toxins from the body, and your kidneys need plenty of water to do the work. 
 
The reason to drink sufficient quantity of water is that your urine becomes concentrated, and the formation of kidney stones takes place if you don't drink plenty of water, and then you will go through the most painful experience that your body may not bear at all. This is the reason why Dr. Harsha says that it's better to take the right measures to keep your kidneys' health in control.
