Nowadays, the most common problem among children is concentration and focus. Manveer Kaur Anand, a renowned mental health counsellor from Ranchi and Author of the book True I False I, has shown concern that kids don't concentrate properly and has addressed this issue with effective working strategies that would help children to improve their concentration.
Career Expert, Manveer Kaur Anand, says when kids come to me for counseling on how to improve focus, I ask them to make a timetable, and I find that their timetable includes unproductive tasks rather than productive ones. This is the reason why kids find it difficult to improve their focus and concentration power.
Another thing is that their phone usage is excessive. I found out that either they play games for long hours or scroll reels and waste their time. She says that students don't have a fixed timetable. When there is excessive mobile usage, children can hardly concentrate for only 20 seconds on one particular thing.
Author and Mental Health Counsellor, Manveer Kaur, suggests that parents ask their children to make a schedule on a daily basis and follow that schedule. Also, for better focus and concentration among kids, Manveer Kaur Anand gave an effective tip: to stop the usage of mobile phones. Once children make a schedule and follow it properly, getting rid of mobile phones will help them improve their focus and productivity levels.
